PERFORMANCE
Crawler Crane Hook is a key lifting component designed for heavy lifting conditions. It is forged or rolled with high-strength alloy steel and has a large load capacity (usually covering 0.5-500 tons) and excellent impact resistance. Its core features include modular design (adaptable to main/auxiliary hook system), multi-pulley configuration (dispersed wire rope force) and optional rotation mechanism (360° stepless rotation), which meet the high-precision lifting needs of large projects such as petrochemical, wind power, and bridges.
The hook adopts a split hook head and hook body combined structure, connected by precision bearings or axle pins to ensure flexibility and stability during lifting. Some high-end models integrate sensor systems (such as load monitoring and angle feedback) to transmit data to the cab in real time to improve operation safety. For extreme environments (such as offshore and high-cold areas), special anti-corrosion coatings (such as hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet) and low-temperature toughness steel can effectively extend the service life.
APPLICATION
It is mainly used in heavy lifting scenarios of 1,000-ton crawler cranes, such as nuclear power dome installation and giant port component handling. It strictly follows international standards such as ISO 4305 and DIN 15400, and has passed third-party certification (such as CE and GS) to ensure reliability under complex working conditions such as dynamic loads and frequent starts and stops. In terms of maintenance, magnetic particle inspection (MPI) and lubrication management are required regularly to prevent fatigue cracks.
